koikoikoiEd Fairburn is a freelance artist from UK.
He uses maps like canvas and utilizes the chaotic jumble of roads and rivers to create his large-scale portraits. Basically he pushes up his creative limits and makes it possible.
Ed explains his work by saying: “I paint, draw and construct using a flexible range of tangible media across a wide range of surfaces and contexts, allowing my practice to exist among various disciplines. The work I produce is largely self-directed, allowing me to explore a wealth of ideas and concepts which need to be released.”
Finally Fairnurn gives a shape to his imagination.
And all of this is very poetic.
