“Menagerie”, 3D pixels paintings by Laura Bifano

Laura Bifano is a canadian artist and illustrator. Her work can be digital or traditional, and within traditional medias she usually works with watercolors, oil or acrylic. In this series, called “menagerie”, animals made of 3D pixels populate a fairy, non-pixelled, natural world. These creatures, despite their apparently digital nature, seem perfectly fitting the environment they live in, as they were just popping out from a parallel pixelled dimension.
