John John Jesse is an illustrative painter from New York City’s Lower East Side. Punk lifestyle, nude girls, drugs, these are the favorite subjects in his paintings made with mixed media. Most of the people present in his work are his friends.
Jesse also played bass in the New York Crust punk band Nausea and he is a former guitar player for the band Morning Glory. He designed posters and album art for bands like Agnostic Front.
