James Jean is an incredibly talented artist from New York, now he lives in Los Angeles. Since 2007 he abandoned illustration to dedicate to painting and personal projects of publishing and exhibitions.
He studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York, and soon after ended he began working as cover artist for DC / Vertigo Comics. Acclaimed by public and critics, won for 5 times the Eisner Award for 3 times consecutive the Harvey Award for Best Cover Artist.
